[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text] Milaners have recovered a loft that used to be an office in the Milanese district called “città studi”. Thanks to our team, it was possible to create the conditions to transform the space into an splendorous apartment and simuntaneously, into a great real state investment.The intervention augmented the value of the property in almost 20%.

The concept presents the central area as a one only open space with a huge glass wall that provides great natural light without providing any privacy issues.

The internal garden located in the center of the apartment was the heart of the intervention and the touch that makes this property so particular. The living area and the bedrooms are separated only by the internal garden. This green area, full of plants and shrubbery, have the function of acting as a filter to guarantee the privacy in the bedrooms and at the same time, to act as a theater stage by adding focal point.
